Southern Living Magazine is practically the ‘Southern Bible of Entertaining. ‘ Each month’s glossy issue is filled with delicious recipes, gardening ideas, travel guides and decorating blueprints. I was invited to tour the magazine’s home base in “The Magic City” of Birmingham last year as a press representative after attending the National Chicken Cooking Contest. The contest, sponsored by the National Chicken Council and the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association, was hosted by the Alabama Poultry & Egg Association. It was a wonderful experience I won’t forget.
